What we collect
From the contact form and email: name, work email, company (if provided), message content, and technical signals needed to run the form (including Cloudflare Turnstile verification tokens and approximate request metadata such as IP when required for abuse prevention).
Why
To respond to product, placement, and custom-build inquiries. We do not sell personal data. We do not use inquiry data for unrelated marketing lists.
Processors
Form delivery may use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to forward messages to hello@moderntechhq.com. Bot checks use Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting is on Vercel. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide that service.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records, then deleted or minimized.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete inquiry data we hold, email hello@moderntechhq.com. We respond within a reasonable time under applicable law.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means the new notice applies to later inquiries.
